Cyber bullying victims speaks out “quote” they were anonymous so they thought they could get away with it.
Cyber bullying has now affected a third of teenagers
Many teenagers feel unable to tell their parents or teachers about their experiences.
· Build up a strong relationship with all of your students
· Always tell the students that they are not responsible for being Bullied or Cyber Bullied.
· Try to gain their confidence in a delicate situation.
· Always tell the student that Sexual Related bullying is
inappropriate at any time.
· Be approachable to your students
· Show support and be caring, students will then come forward
· Set up a Cyber bullying power point on a monthly basic for
all year groups in assembly time.
· Build up a good relationship with the parents
· Have regular meeting with your cyber mentors
· Inform all students that the police are checking all face book
and hate site for evidence, most students are unaware of
this .
We believe that every student should come to school without any fear, and feel safe and secure.
